TWO-THOUSAND-FIFTEEN | 2015

Good Morning everyone it's January 3rd and it's 4:24 am. Why am I still awake I'm not sure. The past few days I have been having INSOMNIA. Starting the new year has left me with many thoughts (maybe that's why I can't sleep). I actually have been thinking a lot about where I am in life and where I want to be.  2014 has made many things so crystal clear. Let's just say that I am coming to a point where I am ok with disconnecting and parting from negative energy. I've learned who my true friends are and keep learning that I am blessed to have so many cousins who truly are more like siblings. My husband is back and now I am blessed to have him here where I can hug&kiss him forever. So I have decided I am not making a new years resolution, I am just going to take a moment to think about where I want to be and figure out how to get there. 

See negativity and pain has caused for me to just want to move on. 

NEGATIVITY is so powerful and toxic, there comes a point where you just get so tired of it and those who spread it. Sometimes it takes ending friendships and moving away from family. Sometimes it's ME the one who is negative but too much is too much. PAIN, I have felt the pain that is caused because you are HURT. There is limits and everyone has there ending point. So most importantly I'm moving on from the HURT and NEGATIVITY I have caused MYSELF. Believe it or not we are responsible for what our life has been and how we experience it. I will let go of that negativity and pain others have caused me as well because I deserve it.

So I have yet to write down amazing ideas and goals for this year that will lead me to where I want to be.

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was great I went to mass with my mother and sister. I don't have pictures of that because I thought it wasn't really appropriate but I do have these great images that I took the time to  shoot. We went to my uncle Mannys house and  enjoyed the beautiful sun. My aunt did a great  job with the table set up and desserts were so yummy.

The boys had such a great  time playing around and just simply spending time with each other. I sure love when the sun is out and the BBQs begin because it's just so much fun to be out and not be indoors. It's so funny because my oldest sister and my cousin both have boys, to add to that in Florida my cousins have baby boys as well. I swear there was a baby boy bomb in this fan haha. More cars and more trouble hahaha. All is great when we all enjoy these bundles of joy now that they are young.

Cousin time is always great a must when begin with family. Taking random pics, talking about stupid selfies, instagraming, tweeting, texting, and simply making slow motion videos on our phones are priceless moments that we will never get back. MAKING MEMORIES any time we get to.

Easter wouldn't be fun without an Adult Egg hunt hahahha. What the heck no one told me about this. Well here you can see that uncles, aunts, sisters, cousins and my mom were definitely enjoying there time egg hunting and feeling that excitement to find them like when they were little. Best times ever.

Last but not least ending the night with a bon fire was the BEST.  Joking, reminiscing and just sitting around the bonfire while having coffee/tea, I couldn't ask for more. I hope you all enjoyed your Easter Sunday with family, friends and loved once.

Easter Outfit

I decided to wear something colorful and light that had a feel of SPRING
but wasn't to much. The weather in New York  isn't hot enough
for the spring dresses and all but it sure is getting there. Somedays are chilly
and this day was one of those chilly days. I am truly grateful for some sun.
So no complaining here.

Both Shirt and Jeans were both gifted to me by my mother-in-law. Gracias Silvia :).
I was glad to be able to wear this beautiful shirt and the jeans I love they are the perfect fit.
I decided to pair up the dark jeans with the shirt so the colors would pop.
All other accessories were nude/simple which allowed for the outfit to work around the shirt
and made it the main focal piece.

I love the back of this shirt it has a big bow that drapes down
so beautifully. It has a scoop back that I love also.

and I appreciate my cousin Brando for taking these pics.

Palm Sunday was such a beautiful day. I was able to sleep in and was able to calmly start my day. I do have an outfit of the day video that my friend helped me out in and I was able to capture some of her outfit as well. We had red mango and sat in from of the water while the sun beamed on us. There is nothing I have to complain about because the day was amazing. I surely ended my sunday as usual hanging out with my little sister Daniela and my cousin Mariella.

NEW YEAR,NEW YOU!!

GOALS FOR 2014

So there is this moment in life when you want a fresh start and YES that moment is always the beginning of the year or right after you have felt like poop and have gone through a terrible life changing event.Well my fresh start is the typical New Year, New You but this time it also includes re-discovering (yes re-discover I have always ignored it) my health issue  UGHHHH HIGH CHOLESTEROL. Ok so after seeing my blood work results my eyes came out, my heart started beating fast and typical girl I CRIED. I got blood work done the beginning of Decemeber 2013 then went Mexico and enjoyed soooo much CHOLESTEROL haha. Ok wait no not funny. I got back from Mexico saw my results and that's when it happened. I NEED TO CHANGE MY DIET. I will share my Cholesterol levels: Cholesterol 277 , ok so the HDL (good cholesterol) is at 55.0, the LDL (bad cholesterol) is at 212.2. The borderline high is 130-150 so now you know why I am freaking out RIGHT. So I have decide to DO THIS make this change and stick with it although it maybe hard. I need to change my eating habits. I will be updating my blog with levels,meals, juices, workouts and all the fun change I am about to experience.

On this day we celebrate Elias' baptism. It was so much  fun. I was  ready on time for once in my life so I made it. After he was baptised we went to Juliano's for some partying.

I had no idea what to wear days before and I was saved once again by H&M thanks.

Now some lovely wishes sent out to Elias from my blog.
